"We had a great stay at the house! Obaa-san was very nice and humble, she was very helpful to help us call the taxis to pick us up. The house is located 10-15 minutes walk from Hiezansakamoto station and the best part is, it is just a few steps away from Lake Biwa! You could see sunrise if the weather is great! Check-in is completed while seated in the lobby (rather than standing in queue) and many of the staff speak multiple languages.
