The activities desk was efficient and organized, with everything handled smoothly and right on schedule. The spa was top-notch and professionally managed, making for a truly relaxing experience. The grounds were absolutely impeccable and clearly very well maintained. While the property itself leans a bit on the older side, the outstanding management, attention to detail, and level of service more than make up for it. Add in a very comfortable bed, and it made for an excellent stay overall. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values exceptional service and a well-managed guest experience."

"The staff at check in , check out and Restaurant greeters, servers, housekeepers were fabulous. Rooms were always clean and if we need anything they brought it to us. All the Staff was always greeting and asking us if we need anything. But most of all our concierge Jude Lacao-cao made sure we had an excellent stay at the hotel during our visit in January and February. Jude is the reason why we booked again at this hotel. He helped us with our , shuttles, sightseeing, our computer problems etc.. Concierge Mark and Sen were very helpful too! "
