"Second time staying at this hotel for my Disney trip. Hotel staff was helpful, the property itself has definitely seen its better days. The room itself was “clean”, but had an older vibe. My only complaint is the shower, it was not cleaned that well. There was a lot of female / long hair bunched up in the corner. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay for the night. This will work. But the price is quite high for the value you get."

"Hotel was close to Downtown Disney, about a 15 mins walk. Their continental breakfast was basic, but does its job of feeding us. Parking was a bit expensive at $25/day, but very convenient. Target is a 7 min drive down the road which allowed us to buy snacks for the park and Disney merchandise. Walmart is about 15 min drive. Rooms were clean but my sister did fall in the shower because its slippery. Overall, we had a good time, would stay again."

"I wanted to live this hotel so much. BUT it was a miserable stay. We came home late from the park to find there was no water. Apparently they had a pipe burst and had turned off the water until the morning in the morning. We woke up to freezing water with no pressure. We decided to go about our day coming home that evening around 7 o’clock to the same cold water and no pressure. We booked this hotel, strictly for the waterslides in the pool for the second half of our vacation after we were done with Disneyland days in the beginning of the vacation. Only to be told that the slides will be closed until later this month. Staff seemed disconnected and unsure of what was happening unable to provide apologies or accommodations."

"Those hotel has hidden fees that they introduce when you arrive. Our king room had bunk beds, which was not included in the details of our reservation. Different employees told us the walk to disneyland was 15 minutes when that was not the case."
