A big shoutout to the lifeguards—friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our time at the pool and water park safe and enjoyable. Everything was clean, well-managed, and family-friendly. "The staff - from the concierge to the bellhop to housekeeping were warm, attentive and accommodating and the best part of our stay. Our wing was under construction, so there's noise and debris in some areas. "

"This facility was the best if you are visiting Disney. It has lot of restaurants nearby, a small store within that operates until midnight and opens at 6am. it also has a laundry unit within as well. Very clean facility, walking distance to Disney. We went to park at 8 am and came back from the park around 1pm and rested and head back around 6pm till closing. very nice to be near the park so we can escape the afternoon heat and recharge. "
