This hotel was absolutely one of the stunning places I have ever stayed. The staff were amazing, service was out of this world. The room was overwhelming beautiful and the views the best on the island. So glad we decided to stay in Imergivili, so much quieter and nicer than Fira or Oia. We were treated like royalty from the moment we turned up.. our flight was late, they had welcome drinks, food for us as the restaurants in the area were closed… If I could give them more stars I would. The view is spectacular! The Breakfast with the view is Amazing! The staff are really helpful and sent us to a great restaurant and organised a great airport taxi pick up. Older style rooms.

This hotel was amazing! There is not a single thing I can say to fault it at all. From the moment I walked in the Door right through to the last day of my stay, the staff were attentive . The rooftop bar was absolutely incredible with stunning views of the Acropolis and a Delicious menu to march. I would definitely stay here again and am recommending to all of my friends

Accommodation was great, very central location. Staff were all so lovely and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. A great place to stay in Rhodes.

Good quality hotel in a convenient location. Easy flat walk to the old town and main harbour area. Quiter end of the harbour but still plenty of atmosphere and nice views. Hotel stag were friendly and helpful. Excellent quality breakfast in a picturesque setting. Free parking onsite. Chania (old town in particular) is a charming and interesting harbour town with plenty of atmosphere and excellent dining options. The area is clean, well kept and feels safe. We highly reccommend this hotel.

What a perfect location, close and within walking distance to absolutely everything. The room was quite large by European standards, modern bathroom, comfortable bed. Yay, bathrobes! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast before heading out for the day. If we were ever back in Athens, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. You won't go wrong at Plaka Arch Suites.

The hotel was centrally located at the port of Piraeus, close to the train station and plenty of taxis to take you to the cruise/ ferry terminals. The rooms are small but clean with nice decor! The front office staff were extremely helpful and friendly! ( Unfortunately the staff in restaurant weren’t as friendly and engaging with customers compared to other places we have stayed) The breakfast was adequate with plenty of variety.

Stayed at the Pinnacle for 3 nights, when we got there, we were welcomed by Yiota and were given a full overview of the property as well as the surroundings, Yiota was very kind and helpful and was a pleasure to chat with. The view of Acropolis from the rooftop was amazing. We had a great stay at the Pinnacle hotel and will be sure to suggest it to our friends and family. When we return to Athens, we will be sure to come back and stay there again.
