"Sur la route des vacances nous avons fait escale dans ce magnifique château très bien entretenu. L’extérieur est agréable avec une piscine pour se rafraîchir, la chambre Marie charlotte au dernier étage est assez grande pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). À noter la climatisation et la qualité des accessoires (serviettes…) dans cette chambre. Un petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, la note négative c’est l’importante présence d’abeille au petit déjeuner qui a écourté notre aventure...

"Breakfast was wonderful. Our host was very knowledgeable about the area and gave great suggestions on places to visit. The location is very picturesque, away from roads and with great views of the landscape of vineyards. Highly recommended!"

"Boris made us very welcome. Our room was at the front of the house and was very quiet. There are lots of beautiful pieces around the house. Our room was tall, airy, air-conditioned and the bed was sublime. A great atmosphere that is created with beautiful antiques and contemporary comfort. The wine tour was very interesting - the charming Caroline knew her subject inside-out and spoke beautiful english."

"Wonderful property, pool and stay. Beautiful private outdoor sitting area and well stocked kitchen. Central for exploring the Bordeaux region. Hosts were exceptional and welcoming. They even had bikes for us to borrow. "

"We enjoyed a week in this gite - two adults and two teenagers (1518). It’s located quite close to Bordeaux, in the middle of a wine yard - very peaceful and quiet. It had everything we needed. Communication with owner was very easy and they were very helpful and attentive to our needs and wellbeing."

"We absolutely loved this home and our visit. The house was very clean and all amenities easy to find and manage. The view is amazing and access to the expansive porch easy from the kitchen and living room. It’s very well suited for kids and families, with a pool and well equipped kid’s room. (We didn’t have kids with us though). Host Amendine was very helpful and available - lives nearby - if needed. The house has only one toilet, in its own room, but the shower is excellent and in a room...

"Cela fait plusieurs fois que je viens dans ce logement et c 'est toujours avec un grand plaisir . L'accueil de la propriétaire est toujours très agréable , le logement propre ,calme avec de la place pour garer sa voiture et nous sommes à 10 minutes de Libourne . Je reviendrais sans hésiter et recommande ce gite . "

"The VRBO property description & photos accurately depict this property. It has rustic charm, very roomy, shaded terraces for outdoor dining & the bed is very comfortable. Located at the end of a narrow lane, the property is bordered by vineyards and pastures - very pastoral. The proprietaire is very nice & accommodating. We had trouble finding our way, so she drove out to meet us in the village and guide us to the property. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would return."
