Absolutely perfect hotel and as a solo traveller I was well looked after, the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Great location, very convenient to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Loved the ‘Plunder the Pantry’ complimentary option when I arrived late back from day tours. Would love to come back one day with my husband.

Staff kindly upgraded our room. Had a lovely balcony with view over fields. Room was fabulous. Clean and comfortable- bathroom seemed new and shower was amazing. Really loved the hotel and wished we were staying longer. Also on uni campus where our son residing so very convenient.

A good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Evening restaurant meals were okay with a pretty "standard" menu with an odd approach of staggering restaurant sittings for larger groups. The location is somewhat out of the way which makes getting there a little difficult without a car. Rooms do not have air conditioning and do not come with a fridge which I would have expected given the prices for rooms. I would stay again if visiting the area...
