"I arrived after 6pm and it was very difficult to contact staff to arrange late check-in. 10 spaced calls to finally get someone to answer the phone just at 5:45pm, 3 unanswered emails. I could have lost the window to check-in, lose my money and need to find another hotel. No soap or toiletries, just a roll of toilet paper and the shower has to be very quick otherwise it floods. It's cheap but still do not recommend"
