"We had a junior suite, which was clean and spacious with a patio hot tub, king size bed, and dual sinks. We had Premium Level, which allowed access to the breakfast buffet at the less busy Santa Fe restaurant. The beach was kept clean of sea weed and we enjoyed the water and the kayaks. The evening shows were entertaining."

"Beautiful resort! We stayed at the Elegance Club Adults Only section and were very pleased. Staff is so accommodating and cleans the room every day. We got back from the beach to our bed made and fresh towels each day of our stay! Our only note was that the food could have been better, but it was still tasty and we enjoyed! We recommend this resort highly! "

"Overall a very boring, poorly run hotel. Food was terrible and the staff was rude in most exchanges. We unfortunately witnessed someone pass away on the beach during our stay, in which the hotel was slow to react at every stage. I would not come back to this hotel or any of their brands around the world. Very very bad experience. "
