"The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. "

"Thus was our third time visiting RIU Palace in Paradise Island. If you want a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place for you: delicious food and drinks all day long, beautiful beach right at the hotel, staff is very friendly. Rooms are not fancy, but clean. The shower has great water pressure and shower heads. We are coming back."

"The rooms were very clean, food was ok nothing to write home about. There were no ice machines or refrigerators in the rooms so I would have to go down and fill my YETI at night (not that big of a deal) The one thing that stood out the most was how miserable and unfriendly the were. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. If the stay would have been more welcoming and friendly my stay would have been much better. If you’re on a budget and just want a place to go to bask in the sun then this place is ok."
