"The spa experience was very disappointing. The massage was poor and did not feel professional at all. There was also no water provided to drink and no shower available after the massage, which is below the standard I expected from a spa experience."

"The staff at the front desk and the taxis were so friendly, they even gave us another room free of charge when we arrived earlier after I requested an early check in, the place is very low key and quiet at night, with good restaurants throughout, my only complaints was in my room at 421 there was an alarm that would go off sometimes woke us up? It happened towards the end of the trip"

"Good base location. Pretty hotel lobby. Best part was the private beach. Nice little beach, with water pedal bikes you can borrow. Saw sea turtles and cool fish while on the bikes. the only complaint is that more chairs/umbrellas should be made available, even if for sale, we could never find any. Our room phone did not work and was never fixed and there was a weird fishy smell on our side of the hotel (it was not us lol), had to keep the windows open to air it out."

"Outdoor amenities are excellent. Staff is great. The rooms need upgrading. Bathroom is awkward. There was a problem with the ac and room floor was mostly wet during our stay. There should be late night snacks available after dinner closes or vending machines. There were no fridge in the room, needed to pay extra. There were also no coffee/tea station in the room. "
