"First time in a holiday inn, great hotel the food was expensive for a plastic and tomato sorry cheese toasted sandwich maybe i would have enjoyed it more had it been toasted !! TV in my room was not working so had to walk a long way down to reception to get help that was done straight away, a lot of talking after i had gone to my bed from where i do not know as my bed was so so comfortable that i put up with it, would definitely stay again"

"We used The Family Tree hotel/b&b as a stop over on the way to Bath. The place was superb… very clean, good facilities in the room, with a hearty and delicious breakfast. The off street parking in also very convenient. Additionally the staff were helpful, friendly and polite. Thx for a lovely stay"

"Room was a lovely size. Couldn’t fault the staff, they were very efficient , polite, friendly & helpful. Breakfasts were lovely and the meal we had in the pub, was very good, generous portions too. "

"The welcome was shocking, the arrival time was wrong. Did not receive the entry code by email the day before. The stairs very steep. Very dusty in bathroom. The shower only had very hot water. The window sill had traffic grit in the corners, window were streaked. Uneven floor, luckily we did not fall, but nearly did. If I had known I would not have booked.
