Room out the back overlooking the garden. Dated, cold and a bit shabby etc in the entrance. Rooms are good overall, bit shabby like the iron mark on carpet, not deep cleaned, bit dusty etc. teas/coffee/biscuits nice. Bathroom although clean was a bit shabby again, ie - hook on door, shower screen ...
