"The staff were ok. The room was like going back in time.The furniture was discoloured and very dated. The bathroom was not great. Very disappointed with the breakfast. The photos show a nice continental breakfast but in reality you get some toast with jam or cereal with tea or coffee The rooms are not soundproof and we had some very loud ladies in the next room that decided to shout until 2am so no sleep for us All in all we would rate our experience a 2 out of 10 and that is being generous...

Hotel newly refurbished under Sheriton name. Very nice except one minus point. They have moved the bar so now get drinks from over the counter at reception area, not as cosy as before. Still very nice hotel though and would recommend. Parking easy in NCP right next door."
