"The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up...

"Very impressed with the appearance and the style of the hotel entrance, reception and bar area's both indoor & outdoor they were well presented, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful & and friendly they also told us of various offers in the hotel for us to enjoy during our stay, check-in was very easy, our room was of a good size and was spotless, plus it had a good range of furnishings & fittings also the bathroom sparkled and had good quality accessories throughout, we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend & return to in the future. Thanks."
