I arrived early and was told my room was ready and that I could check in immediately for no extra cost. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed dinner in the Song kitchen restaurant, it was pleasant and affordable. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. I was impressed with my overall experience at Song Hotel, and in particular the outstanding customer service I received.

Our stay was wonderful. All staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was spacious and well made. But the best part of our stay was the scrumptious breakfast served daily in the downstairs cafe.

Great location and gorgeous, comfortable rooms; truly loved the modern eclectic feel. Just a short stroll to everything Oxford Street has to offer - or if that’s still too far for a coffee, start your day off with something from the café at the entrance to the building.

Very clean and quiet but no bickies to go with your coffee! Maybe a small carton of milk instead of those little milk things and more caffeinated coffee instead of decaffeinated! All in all we will be back! :)

Room was well presented loved that we could walk to where ever we wanted to go. We look foreard to staying again

3pm check-in is a bit late for business travellers, and the early check-in fee of $80 is excessive - especially when there was a room available. It would have cost the hotel NOTHING to give me access prior to 3pm.

It was only by accident that I booked the Novotel on Darling Square however I’m so glad I did. The Hotel was fantastic and staff accomodated my needs without hesitation. The room was spacious for three adults and very clean and comfortable. The location was so central to Sydney CBD and within walking distance to the trams. I will definitely be returning to this particular hotel in the future. I would totally recommend the Novotel on Darling Square.

Had a short but pleasant stay. Room was spotless and comfortable. I found the staff welcoming on arrival and were always friendly. The hotel is very well situated to the train and if travelling to the Entertainment precinct was a 5min walk to the light rail. Overall would come back

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

I have to say we have travelled to many places over the years and this is the nicest hotel room we have ever had. It appeared to have everything you could need and comfort as well. The staff were lovely, shout out to Kevin who assisted me with a payment issue. This Hotel Is attached to the Star, with light rail underneath and is also only a short walk to Pyrmont Bay ferry. I definitely intend to stay here again :)

The room was very spacious. Excellent service all around. By day 2 the doorman knew me and would have a bottle of water and towel ready for after my run. Beautiful old building with all the mod cons would definitely stay there next time

Great location 300m from the central station, train from inside the airport terminal almost straight to it. Surry Hills has great food and coffee minutes from the door of the hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Coronation. Great Location & Reasonable Rates. Extremely Clean Room, Helpful & Friendly Staff. Our Room was surprisingly quiet considering it was busy outside at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish.
