"The hotel and staff were great my reason for three stars is that I had the roast sirloin meal and it was cold. I told the waitress and they offered me a free hot drink. Considering I had bought a bottle of wine (£30) I wasn’t likely to want a hot drink however they did remove the service charge. Breakfast the next morning was brilliant."
