"Our only frustration with the hotel and facilities was that the restaurant in the onsen/spa was not able to be accessed unless you paid the entry fee for the onsen/spa. We were travelling with a friend who did not go to the onsen/spa but we did. This meant we could not dine with her. Seemed a little unusual. "
