"The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to everything in the city. Rooms are clean, conformable and bathroom very good. Breakfast offerings could be better. Plenty of decent selections, however hot food was luke warm, Overall a good place to stay when exploring Adelaide and staff vety helpful"

"The $30 per day for parking is very expensive when you consider how much it costs to stay in the hotel. The extras in the room are not replaced daily, shower cap, sanitary bag, vanity set. Was told at the grand bar we had a $50 credit for staying in the hotel only to find out this is only if you book direct with the hotel. Pool chairs broken and need cushions due to stretching make them quite uncomfortable."

"I was told it would be a public holiday surcharge on things ordered on a non public holiday. I called for room service no one answered. My car from valet parking was parked where I could not get out. The road was blocked so I had to reverse all the way out. A dessert cost almost $50!!!!!"
