The service was great. The room was sizeable and had everything we needed. The hotel is a little dated but the foyer and ground floor still impress. On occasions it took a little time to get through to the concierge and room service but this was neither here nor there, the service made up for it. We had a great time and would stay again.

We chose to stay here for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic. Staff looked after us giving us an up graded room over looking the river on the 20th floor. Complementary drinks with our meal also. And a free glass of fizz before dinner.

Location is great, staff very helpful. Some of the rooms are getting a bit tired looking eg the old style wardrobe doors, the frig wasn't up to a 5 star hotel standard. We ate at the restaurant & had breakfast there every morning & it was really nice. Doing away with the buffet style breakfast due to COVID-19 was fantastic, the table service so much better.
