The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel was also beautifully quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. "The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, restaurants and shops. Walkable to many of the main tourist attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend"

"We had a club level room. The room was great. Food and drinks options at breakfast and evening were great, though the vegetarian choice in the evening could have been better. The only disappointment was the afternoon tea offer which was limited. But overall I would give it an 8.5/10."
