"Great toilet"

"The location was excellent , a short walk to shops, Barangaroo and circular Quay. While the main entrance of the hotel is grand , the room was quite rundown and poorly maintained. The bathroom grout and corners were very dirty and repair work was done poorly , with badly done patch up jobs. The buffet breakfast was disappointing for a 5 star hotel . No pancake / waffle station . The waffles muffins and doughnuts weren’t even made in house but poor quality packet ones. The bread was also terrible , just mass produced processed sliced bread . No fresh baguettes or sourdough. Staff did the minimum, rarely cracked a smile or offered a warm greeting . Disappointing for a 5 star hotel"

"The staff were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. From the moment we stepped foot out of our taxi we were greeted by the most friendly concierge who helped with our luggage and directed us to the checkin counter. The checkin staff were very helpful and accommodating and the process went super fast and before no time we were off to our amazing room."
