It would have been nice to have added some biscuits to the complimentary tea and coffee. Checking in and out was a very smooth experience. The restaurant inside the hotel did take too long to serve our meal we waited 35 minutes. "

"I arrived earlier that 3pm but the staff found a room that was ready so we could get settled sooner. Overall, we were happy with our stay, the breakfasts were really good, glad we paid for full breakfast as extra. location was also good. "

"For the price you pay it’s not up to standard. You are better off going to the travel lodge over the road. Only good thing about the stay was breakfast and where the hotel is. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay here again. Had to be moved rooms due to the filth that was in the room. If you’re staying on the first floor all you can hear is people above. Cleaners and manager need a talking too. The head board was thick with dust and there’s only one thing splattered on that head board, it’s disgusting. I’ll be contacting head office. Not acceptable."
