Thank you for you review. I haven't had any comments previously about the heat pump unit noise, I suspect it may nave been that the units were working harder than usual due to the freezing temperatures. It has been very cold some nights lately which may be a contributing factor. But I will also get them checked as they are supposed to be a very quiet model which is why they were selected. Great that you enjoyed the other aspect's of your stay and if you want any particular room please call me and I can secure you get the room requested. Regards Chris
