Super friendly staff. They were hard workers, cleaning in the mornings and painting in the afternoon. I lied that someone was always around to ask questions or offer help.

Tidy resort with hot pools

Nice hotel with great pools and hit pools. Rooms are tidy, but can be loud if you someone is in the upstairs unit. A car is needed because it is quite far from central Wanaka

Tried to charge us twice for drinks we had. Hot water took a long time to start in the shower. “King” bed was just 2 single beds that came apart both nights and could feel the mattress edges, when we asked to fix this they simply made the bed, left the wet towels lying on the floor. Spa and gym is good but for the price I won’t stay again.

We stayed in a 3 room apartment, the heaters didnt work in 2 of the rooms, try to ask not to have 1/2/3 as its next door to the driveway which is quite loud with all the traffic coming in and out. Kids loved the spa

One night stay here while doing road trip around South Island. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Only negative would be walls very thin, you could here snoring from another room, and a very loud conversation from room next door before 7am.

Two night stay in Wanaka

This hotel was a pretty good price for a couple of nights stay in Wanaka. Seemed a lot of bus loads of tourist groups use it so lots of comings and goings. Bed was comfortable, shower was average. Nothing much in the room apart from a couple of cups, glasses and teaspoons. (needed to go and ask for a knife). Rooms were not serviced unless asked for specifically however, fresh towels were provided when asked for. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pool facilities.

Lovely apartment with everything provided. Huge balcony with views over the mountains. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, as it was full every day with group bookings, and one day the bar was closed too. In the apartment the shower was running cold. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it still didn’t work. Hence the 4 star rating, but everything else was great
