"The hotel isn’t in an exciting location but it has good access to highway and wasn’t a long drive from downtown. Hotel staff were fantastic… decent breakfast with the chef asking everyone if they were happy. The hotel itself is very clean and has a nice little pool and a decent sized sauna. I chose this location as downtown is a lot busier and we brought our dog (large rooms with more than enough space). I would stay there again."

"Beware of this hotel. We were offered a non smoking room as if that mattered. The entire property, rooms included, reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were a lot of drunk older people who seemed to be on drugs all throughout the property in and outside of the hallways and doors, leaving needles, bottles, and cigarette buds all over outside. When the smell got too bad, you'd open a window up to hear people who seemed high on drugs just arguing and fighting with each other and no desk attendants or security ever stepped in. Even one time these people knocked on our door at an obscene hour of the night out of pure inebriation. There was also a layer of residue within the shower floor and walls that was genuinely terrifying and disgusting to try to step onto. Normal pots and pans did not work with the stovetop when we paid extra for a kitchen, it was specific branded ones only and we were not informed prior. The staff seemed to not care about being helpful at all. Overall this hotel seems to have paid to get into the front pages of Expedia. Nothing about what is offered, the pictures posted, or any positive reviews seem to be true. Please consider choosing a different hotel. It's also marketed as in Montreal or just a short drive away, however there will never not be traffic causing a 30-45 minute drive into downtown, old port, or any part of the city. In some cases a cheaper option is worth it, but this hotel it is truly not worth the few bucks you save AT ALL. Stay away!!"

"Very clean and staff was great. Signage in the hotel lobby indicated that the newly constructed hotel bar was open, but it was not. The fact that the staff knew that signs and online content said it was open, when it was not, and have not removed this informaiton, gives insight into the operations of the property. I would reccomend this place, but I'd also manage some expectations."

"I did not like the hotel; they charge 10 dollars extra per hour if you don’t check out on time,I check out 15 min after y they charge me extra. My flight was a 2 hours after check out; I ask if they can hold my luggage for 2 hours and they said I have to pay 5 dollars per each luggage; the hotel needs repairs you can pay a little more money and get a better deal"
