"The room and staff were good. The airplane noise and the brick hard bed were not enjoyable at all."

"Upon entering, it is somewhat clean, but you noticed the extreme rundown check in area, poolside dirty, broken items sitting along edge. Circus rides that look like they need to be torn down! Building & pool need new paint. The food was absolutely terrible. Hot dogs that look from the day before, ground soupy beef ..not sure. We ended up eating elsewhere rest of the trip. The “shuttles” were small pickup trucks that would come every 15 minutes go up and down around the resort…a joke. Pictures are nothing close to what you’re getting & paying for."

"I found that they could have more quality bed and pillow. The AC was also not the best. The have a wonderful staff but they net need to upgrade in the comfort"

"Staff and hotel are fabulous. I will be happy to book again. Loved the beautiful grounds and well appointed rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot springs, swim up bar, and included breakfast."
