Thank you IF I were to make a negative comment I would say in the early evening it was a long wait to be served at the bar because of the conventions which were taking place 🙆‍♀️"

"Very squeaky beds , not enough pillows, bed only made once in a 4 day stay. Room still not available at 4pm when check in was supposed to start. "

"Firstly, the two key things: - shower: fantastic - bed: firm, comfy Nice big room, very clean. Only small criticism is the hairdryer was a bit feeble. Lovely staff who helpfully let us check out a little late so my wife could join an important online meeting from our room. 👏👍"
