This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome offers luxurious features, including a private heated pool, elevator, and breathtaking Gulf views from the 3rd-floor kitchen, living area, and covered deck—perfect for enjoying sunrises or sunsets. We do love pets - but our no pet policy helps keep our vacation home clean, allergen free, and protected, all to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for you guests.
The top-floor kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring a 5-burner stove, Ninja blender, Keurig, air fryer, waffle maker, carousel rotisserie, and seating for 12+. The kitchen also boasts a commercial-grade ice machine, perfect for keeping drinks cold and entertaining in style. With a wide array of cooking appliances, including a crockpot, a toaster oven, and a 20-cup coffee maker, this kitchen has everything you need for memorable meals and gatherings.
The living area on the 3rd floor offers a 75" LG TV, Bluetooth audio system, and a custom-painted surfboard by the late John Olvey. Relax on the plush seating while soaking in the Gulf views through five oversized windows. The 3rd-floor covered deck features comfortable seating and multiple pub tables with chairs, creating the perfect spot to enjoy meals and drinks, or simply relax while taking in the Gulf breeze.
