The property is in a prime location on the beach, plenty of Warungs, cafe etc to eat at great food Also close to great shopping, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a spruce up although they are kept clean

Great location and beautiful setting

The location on the beach/boardwalk was great and also in a good central location to shops, spas and restaurants. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for. The hotel buildings and rooms we stayed in are needing a lot of maintenance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Although it is oldish, it is well maintained and very clean and tidy. The pool area is great. The staff are lovely. The ground staff and housekeeping always greet you when they see you around. Breakfast was good.

Nice beachfront resort, however the resort is tired and rooms need refurbishment. The breakfast for the price is probably the biggest let down. Only 1 egg per person, same hot food every day Rice and Noodles that were actually cold. Some fruit and bread. The pool fronting the breach was lovely.

Good Hotel located on beach

We have stayed three times before and booked again. Then I was concerned about some of the reviews. Stayed in early December 2012 and found it probably less than half full. The hotel is directly on the beach and we sat around the pool or on the beach loungers on the shaded beach. The room 233 was upstairs and had all the usual facilities, incl English speaking TV programmes, they provided a kettle and cups, but you need your own tea and coffee (suprising its not provided for a hotel of this price). The room was clean, comfortable bed etc. I thought it was very acceptable. My only concern is that the hotel has become quite expensive compared to others. I would look at other seaside located hotels and compare prices. If you get a good price go for it, if others are about the same then consider them. This is a perfectly good hotel, just need to make sure it is value for money compared to others. It is also getting harder to book via Hotel web sites, often can only book direct, which is more expensive. Web sites show it as full or not available, when it is less than half full. Again a perfectly good hotel if the price is right.

This property has the most amazing view sitting at breakfast couldnt get a more pleasant place.The property is old and requires some update but staff are very pleasant and location is fabulous and calming.

Great location..5 star, close to everything in sanur and amazing views. The rooms were terrible and outdated, grime in the bathrooms, hard bed, hard pillows. The tv was 20 years old and keep dropping out due to a bad aerial connection. There was a problem with the exhaust in the bathroom being so noisy and staff were lovely to move rooms for us. Wifi was good Restaurant was good
