"Only stayed 2 nights. Definitely will revisit this property. Great location! Staff were great. Parking garage was nice and safe. Breakfast buffet was filled with quality items."

"This hotel didn't meet my expectations especially with the cost of the rooms. The room didn't smell fresh and it was hot throughout the night. Unable to get a good night sleep due to this."

"Room was tidy and had a home-y feeling. However, I was unfortunately placed at a room near the freeway, and could hear cars roaming in and out during the night through the A/C vent system. Also, the hotel ADA entry door would have its motor rewind itself internally every now and then, making significant noise. Aside from that, this hotel is still a solid spot to stay at if you plan on staying in downtown San Diego."

"Overrated, they have a daily amenity fee that no one tells you about, I asked and they say they’re charging for the nesspreso machine and coffee and the gym. The staff is mainly rude. The location is great, it was overall clean and I liked the toiletries. You can do a much better hotel in San Diego for the same price."

"Clean rooms. Good housekeeping. Comfortable beds and pillows. A beautiful view of the ocean. A pleasant walk along the ocean. The hotel is very beautiful. Friendly waiters. I was disappointed that I was promised a late check-out, but unfortunately, I was unable to extend my stay in the room for a few hours. This upset me greatly. I'm giving it 4 stars. It's a real shame. Sorry."
