"There is a cockroach problem. The fan in the lounge room is over the skylight so is horrible and you can't use it without risking an epileptic fit. No air con and everything in the home was damp after the rain, even our beds. It smells like a nursing home/ old stuffy cupboard and The key jams badly so it takes 10 minutes to get in and little things like the vanity being sticky taped together let the place down. On a good note... Location was fabulous and the camp bunk beds in the main bedroom...

"The rooms were huge. We stayed in an ocean view room with our two 6ft teenage boys and had plenty of room. Queen beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of storage for the 4 of us. A generous sized fridge to keep plenty of snacks for our teenagers. Great size balcony overlooking the ocean and a tavern directly below with lots on the menu to choose from and reasonable prices. Fabulous location!"

"The 2-bedroom loft was very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens. Carpark was secure. There was some noise coming from the toilet which we suppressed by closing the toilet door. There was an old and dirty curtain in the shower which needs to be either removed or replaced. Location is perfect- quiet but accessible to the beach, cafes and shops."

"We had a lovely weekend away at the Boronia beach house. It was the perfect layout and space for our group.The views are lovely. Jess and Amp made the check in and out process easy and were available to answer my questions. The stove top was not very effective (did not get very hot), it would be great if a few more tea bags were provided and some more power boards or extension cords would be great in the bedrooms but otherwise a very well throughout, tidy and clean home."

The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again."
