"Self check in at bowerbird cottage, instructions clear for entering through driveway gate if closed but gates closed as we went to drive out and wouldn’t self open so partner had to jump over fence to put in gate code, unsure if we could have driven out through other sets of gates but wasn’t going to try as a very steep and uneven surface and would need to do a multi point turn to get back to lower carpark/driveway area-cottage has all the facilities you need to be self sufficient food wise a little cafe around the corner less than 2mins away where Brekky/lunch can be had but no dining out options, a home away from home and a lovely time had 🙂"

"Yes..very enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable roomwith doors leading to balcomy. Ladies bathroom door could be fixed to lock properly but plenty of clean linen and discount on meals in dining room for Hotel guests."
