"Awful staff, especially with some man who is half Asian who claims to be supervisor there!!! He over charged us twice and he could not admit his mistake instead he claimed that is there policy which speaking to other employees that is NOT accurate at all!!!! I’ve stayed there over 6 years on business and after this incident I will no longer stay at this property! Management did nothing to apologize at all either. HORRIBLE F STAFF "

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel. I would stay again and make sure to get a patio because the gardens are beautiful "

"Breakfast was the standard continental. Room was clean and updated. There was plenty of parking. You can walk to downtown Mountain View and there are a few public transportation routes nearby. "

"The room was smaller than expected. Not really a negative. But, had no microwave in the room to warm food. "

"Clean room, great breakfast, pool was warm. The only disappointment was the front desk receptionist who was on her phone the whole time we were checking getting checked in by another staff, unfriendly no smile mo eye contact to guests its odd to be in hospitality business but clearly don’t have the basic qualities for it."
