Face towels should have been provided. The deposit should be charged after we leave and not before because they already have access to the card. "We enjoyed our visit here. The person that checked us in was a very pleasant gentleman. The lobby has an assortment of coffee readily available. The breakfast had hot food offerings as well as delicious scones, muffins, cereal, etc. The microwave and fridge in the rooms were very useful. The pillows could be better, but the mattress was fine. We have back problems, but had a good night's sleep. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is clean and offers everything you can appreciate on a trip away from home. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I don't usually complain, but this was not great - it WAS clean, though. When we checked in, the clerk was on a personal call, and asked us to wait. 3-4 minutes later, we finally were taken care of. We got to our room (upstairs, no elevator and we're both in our 60s), one wall-mounted lamp didn't have a chord long enough to plug in anywhere. We tried calling, but the phone didn't work. We asked in the lobby about an extension chord and got a blank look. TV service was horrible! The guide channel showed lots of channels, but there was no way to directly select them on the remote and no instructions. They are apparently working on renovating the rooms, but we sure didn't get one that's been done. "
