We got to our room (upstairs, no elevator and we're both in our 60s), one wall-mounted lamp didn't have a chord long enough to plug in anywhere. We tried calling, but the phone didn't work. We asked in the lobby about an extension chord and got a blank look. TV service was horrible! The guide channel showed lots of channels, but there was no way to directly select them on the remote and no instructions. They are apparently working on renovating the rooms, but we sure didn't get one that's been done. "
