"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Rosemary home. It has very nice rooms with their own bath. It would be nice if the second bedroom had a headboard about 3 feet high so the pillows did not fall off the back. The master shower is easy to use because it is level with the floor. The kitchen has new appliances and well stocked. Everything was very clean . The backyard is equipped with chairs and games. I would definitely stay again."

"Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"We had a great stay at He Said She Shed! We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country."

"We loved our stay at this cute house in Fredericksburg. It had all the amenities needed and was super clean. Our 2 dogs had a great time also. The yard is fenced and really big. We loved walking to the Herb Garden restaurant and getting great meals. The area is walkable and close to town. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We were very pleased with this property in Fredericksburg, Texas. The residence was beautiful, with tall oak trees and a lovely pool plus plenty of parking that did not detract from the yard. The house was spacious, stylishly decorated, well maintained, and clean. There were nice, large common areas for everyone to be together, scattered sitting areas for groups, and the bedrooms were separated enough to allow privacy when desired. "Our family of 6 joined another family of 6 and had a great stay. The house slept us all comfortably and we had everything we needed. After spending each day enjoying Guadalupe State Park, the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We enjoyed a campfire and stargazing in the peaceful setting. We highly recommend for families!"
