Hardwood floors lead you throughout this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath beauty. Majolica will sleep up to 8 guests comfortably as there are king beds in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa located in the living room. The galley style kitchen features a large island, farmhouse sink, stove, refrigerator and coffee cabinet for all you coffee connoisseurs. The outside is just as stunning as the inside! A private heated pool, hot tub and outdoor gas fire pit, what more could you want for a relaxing weekend getaway!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.

Wonderful amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, were thoroughly enjoyed! It's a short 5 min walk to the main street, and there are so many shops to enjoy. We plan to return and will stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved this house! It was fully stocked with everything we would need. The bathrooms were adorable! It had a lot of charm and was close to Main Street. The yard is huge with an awesome pool and hot tub. We took my in laws and our three kids and it was perfect!

This was our second time to stay in this location. It is close enough to town to walk. We ate most meals at the house because the kitchen is phenomenal. Most of us wanted to stay in the pool!!! We also enjoyed the outdoor TV!!!

We loved our stay!

This house was GREAT! Great style, decor, amenities, layout. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit. And personally, I loved that the bedroom windows had screens so I could leave the windows open at night. VERY quiet neighborhood - even the dogs barking in the mornings were ok because it just got me up to enjoy having coffee outside. I will definitely come back - perhaps in warmer weather to enjoy the pool.

The pics don’t do this house justice. The added bonus of hotel style amenities such as coffee pods, in the shower shampoos, conditioner, and body gels, the stylish touches throughout the home. Etc etc etc! Highly recommend!

Just Wonderful!

We had the best trip to Fredricksburg that was made better by this gem of a property. The house is just precious and we all want to remodel our homes to look just like it! The pool and outdoor seating is perfect! Karen, the property manager, was extremely kind and helpful when needed. We are already planning our return trip in 2024!

Amazing House

This house was exactly as listed. It was charming. You can tell they take good care of this house. It’s about 3 blocks from Main St. The pool was heated when we arrived, which was a nice welcome for the kids to jump in and enjoy the weather. We will definitely come back!

We warmed up to it

The home is decorated beautifully and has a spacious layout. The house is very well maintained and fully equipped for your stay. When we arrived it was a cold 41 degrees outside, but only 59 degrees inside and the house smelled musty. Not quite the warm welcome we looked forward to after the 5 hour drive. We turned up the heat and went out to get some dinner in a warm restaurant. When we returned, the home was toasty. The floors are loud, I’m assuming on a pier and beam foundation. The pillows on the master bed were kind of like trying to sleep on a long balloon. Like there was trapped air? Never experienced that before! My husband was first to shower in the morning. When I got in there was a long hair on the shower wall that had been shaped like a heart. I asked him if he did that (since it happened to be Valentine’s Day) and he said no. As he answered I thought to myself where would he have gotten the hair, as he wears his very short. The curtains in the living and dining rooms didn’t work well, with those in the living room not fully closing. The description of a “private pool” may be deceiving to some. We have a 7’ privacy fence at our home, so an open fence just a few feet tall didn’t feel very private. True, it is on the property and not shared, but it lacks privacy. Overall, these things were minor, yet noticeable. We enjoyed our stay.

Friends Getaway

We had an absolute amazing time at the Majolica House... it was everything and more! We loved the atmosphere. The fire pit was a plus as well as the outside television. Great Quick Getaway

The house was perfect for 3 adult couples! It had everything we could've needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows! Hot tub and fire pit was a great plus as well as the outdoor seating area where we watched some playoff baseball. The house was updated very well and super cute. We didn't walk anywhere, but even with driving it was so close to town and everything you could need. Super convenient. We would definitely stay again!
