Wine Down House - 2nd Stay

We love this property. It's unique 5 king bed layout makes for an amazing setup. It is close to town and easy to access. The outside patio is a nice addition since last year and made our time even more pleasant. Thanks for another great trip!!

The Best Bach Trip!!

My bridesmaids and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it could not have been more perfect! All areas were clean and everything was so welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, and spending quality time together to celebrate! I will highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Fredericksburg!!

Excellent Property

Overall, this was a great property. The check-in process was easy, the kitchen was well stocked, including Keurig coffee pods, which was a nice touch. The bathrooms were also stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms were quite large with comfortable beds. The fire pit area was a nice comfortable area to relax in, and the hot tub was enjoyable as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Fredericksburg.

Clean, great location, and spacious!

Aesthetically the property was amazing and decorated very nicely with an elevated feel. The outdoor area was perfect for an outdoor dinner and evening by the fire. The guest houses allow for some privacy and space for the group. The house is about a 10 minute walk from Main Street which was nice and very convenient for our group. We would definitely stay again!

A Good Time was had by All

Our family gathered here for Christmas. The house/guest houses were beautiful, comfortable, and fun. There is so much gathering space outdoors and in. The introverts could “get away” to recharge; the extroverts had their game and hang out space as well. We will keep this place on our must return list.

Overnight wine tasting stay

We only had one night at this beautiful property, and only wish it could have been longer. There is so much space, and every room is just as beautiful as the next. We loved checking out each of the guesthouses as well, just a fun property. It is beautifully decorated, like out of a magazine, so comfortable and spacious. The outdoor area is so charming also, and it is a perfect location to Main Street. Can't recommend enough!

Birthday/4th of July getaway

The Wine Down House was the CUTEST and most accommodating place! Everything you could possibly need was readily available in each space. The main house, the guest house, and the little cottage looked liked pages out of a magazine. The back yard was very relaxing and made for great morning coffee. We walked to Main Street and enjoyed all the town had to offer. We will definitely stay at this place again!
