"We stayed for 2 weeks. The view is amazing. The pool with sea view very enjoyable.
The staff was amazing, always prompt to help with anything we needed.
Only one mile away from the ferry and main downtown. The walking is easy and safe.
We will be back next year."

I arrived and was greeted by a very friendly staff member who spoke good English. The hotel looked just like the pictures and was close to everything, shops, the best restaurants, ferry terminal and had a bar where I was able to chat to other residents. The hotel staff were helpful and often fun and were able to give great advice about what was available and where to go. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

“Exceptional Stay with Minor Drawbacks”
This hotel truly stands out as a gem in Cozumel. The facilities are stunning, from the beautiful restaurants to the inviting bars. The staff went above and beyond, consistently attentive to every need, which added to the overall experience.
The only downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you could hear conversations from neighbouring rooms and noise from the corridor.
Despite this, it was a fantastic stay, and I would wholeheartedly...

The location is stunning. Not much sand on the north-west side of the island, but Playa Azul has a nice little beach. All rooms in the north wing have ocean views, and very nice views at that. The included buffet breakfast is wonderful. There is also a great steak & lobster place across the street.

Loved our stay at the Hilton Hotel Playa Del Carmen. The hotel has everything you could want in an all inclusive stay. I would say the food was a huge plus, all restaurants were great and the food was very fresh and tasty. We ate at Asiana 3/4 nights we were there it was that good! Our room was very spacious, equipped with all the amenities you could ask for.

Itzil and Serafim were both amazing. Treated us as family. The breakfast and choices were great. They also had a free shuttle within a 4km around the area and would take you into town and then pick you up when ready.

The sheets were really conducive to a great sleep! Rooms were spacious and excellence housekeeping. We had a look at breakfast and nothing was that worthy of eating.
The location means you're forced to take taxis and the taxis will play their usual fee jacking up game.
For reference, you can get a taxi from the street to Xplor for 100 mxn but you'll be left on the opp side of the street. In the hotel, it's at least 200.
There's nothing around the hotel and you are limited to buying basics...

Beautiful resort...great location!
Mixed feelings about how we felt about our overall stay ...majority of staff from house maids, gardeners & wait staff were great just found that those with authority(management?) in Feugo restaurant which we spent a lot of our time dining in our week stay very dismissive & rude particularly during the breakfast & lunch period. Also the reception was very hit & miss with how they delt with issues.
