"The host Lucia was excellent. She met us to do the checkin in person as we had arrived early morning and needed it somewhere to leave our luggages . She was very friendly and kind and gave us details about the house. She did the walk-through with us and also provided neighborhood and local recommendations. The house is literally on one of the busiest streets with nighttime entertainment. it was a bit loud at times we did get used to it with time."

"Good spaces for family; terrace and dinning room. Good beds. The house is in a good neighborhood . VRBO offers for The house 4 rooms but one of them is tiny and not AC. The water heating machine did not work at all. I called the manager but after device review nobody came for fixing. The roof shows some mold. No closets in bedrrooms you need to put the baggage on the floor. Kitcheb not ergonomic. "

Calle Flora Hotel by Jalo

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent service and hotel."

Osh Hotel Cartagena

10/10 Excellent

"THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. This hotel is a dream and even better than the photos in person - how is it only 3 star?! Location is 10/10. Staff are super friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable, the main pool and surroundings areas are gorgeous. Rooftop pool has a nice view and great views too from the rooftop bar. Breakfast was delicious! Loved the option of the buffet and also being able to order from the delicious menu all included with the room. I didn’t get a chance to try the lunch/dinner menus but friends did and they said everything was delicious! I would absolutely stay at OSH hotel again. A gem in the heart of Getsemani."

Hashtag 98 Hotel By Jalo

10/10 Excellent

"I always have a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff is super friendly and welcoming every single time. The rooms are consistently clean and offer amazing views of El Poblado. I really appreciate the wide variety of breakfast options each morning, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn't be better—it's very central with plenty of great restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommended!"
