"This has been a hard one for us and we’ve been really trying to put it all together. We didn’t like having to sign a lot of paperwork upon check-in. Also, if you have lost your key or a towel, they charge you things get lost by mistakes. Sometimes the room was absolutely very nice management treats. Their employees awful. I saw more than once of them treating them terribly. We are accused of smoking. We both don’t smoke, so I think they wanted to charge us more money, so basically upon checking, we felt like we were entering the convent not a relaxing vacation. Also, there was no music by the pool. The manager lives on property and I overheard that it bothers him. I guess the guest don’t count. We really wanted to love this hotel, but we just couldn’t."

"El hotel necesita mejorar en muchas cosas, las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el servicio muy regular, el restaurante no ofrece muchas opciones de comida, y también les falta personal, le doy dos estrellas porque tres trabajadores me atendieron muy bien en el bar, que de hecho no tiene muchas opciones de bebidas "

"Pesimo trato de parte del personal,estube a punto de cancelar mi reserva, las 2 muchachas que nos recibio malisimo el trato, el area d piscina y desayuno si fueron muy amables y los cuartos tambien estubo bien. Mi recomendacion es que deberian tener personas con mejor actitud y clase."
