The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it. The staff for the most part were very rude. Could never make breakfast because it was suppose to close at 9am, but youd be lucky to see anyone or food after 8:20am. Never will return.

Esta bien pero falta mejorar.

Es un hotel alejado del centro de san Andrés, por el sector de san Luis. No tiene playa privada pero a 5 minutos hay una playa hermosa con restaurantes y bares. El hotel es sencillo con varias habitaciones y una piscina MUY pequeña. No me gusto que al momento de llegar no sabían que habitación era la mía, ni que plan había escogido. Siempre recomiendo hacer una foto de su reserva por hoteles.com Muchas veces en el hotel cambian las condiciones porque prefieren que hagan directamente la reserva con ellos. El aseo del baño puede mejorar mucho. Además del silencio en las habitaciones. El personal habla muy duro al lado del comedor, cosa que interfiere con la tranquilidad de las habitaciones cerca. En general es bien. Además es difícil encontrar un hotel bueno y con un precio razonable.

Inicialmente la reserva no estaba como la pagamos,nos asignaron habitaciones con muy mal olor y en el ultimo rincon del hotel. el aseo de las habitaciones pesimo,detras de las puertas al cerrarlas encuentras toda la basura,debajo y detras de las camas igual. wifi nunca hay. y coger taxi imposible. en resumen no volveria,ni lo recomendaria.

Skip this hotel!

Do not recommend this hotel. No hot water in the shower, paper thin walls, no ‘free’ shuttles as listed on website, pool bar not open, not centrally located. Best thing was the front desk staff. I feel bad they had to work there.

WIFI service needs to happen in all rooms for people to want to stay! Cannot have in just lobby. It’s very slow too. Staff and locals nice, area is very island and local, and was surprised though to have hot water. Overall it’s nice for a cottage type island vacation

Wir haben das Hotel mit Halbpension für 15 Nächte gebucht. Für 15 Tage haben wir das gleiche Essen für Frühstück bekommen und von Abwechslung kann man nicht sprechen. Viel schlimmer war jedoch das Abendessen. Obwohl der Preis des Hotels mit Halbpension viel teuer wird, war das Essen sein Preis nicht wert. Zum Abendessen gab es kein Buffet, aus welchem wir das Essen selbst aussuchen durften, sondern wurde uns a La Carte serviert ohne dass wir aussuchen durften, was wir essen wollten. Es war jeden Tag eine Überraschung. Immer wieder mussten wir aus der Imbiss noch etwas zum Essen gekauft. Hochwertig war das Essen nicht und oft auch nicht ausreichend. Nachdem wir das Personal diesbezüglich angesprochen haben, wurde das Essen nicht mehr a „La Carte“ sondern aus einem „Mikro-Buffet“ serviert. Dagegen mussten wir früh essen gehen, weil das Buffet schon 30 bis 1 Stunde früher abgebaut wurde, so dass die Mitarbeiter des Hotels aus demselben Essen essen konnte, was wir „nicht geschafft“ haben. Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Location aber ohne große Restaurants in der Nähe. Buse fahren regelmäßig vor der Tür. Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit, wenn man aktiv nach ihrer Hilfe sucht.

Dirty, no hot water unless you asked for it in the morning, insects, bad behavior. Asked them 3 times to change the dirty sheets. No safe box.

No geral pousada bacana, confortável, area de lazer boa mas não me hospedaria novamente.... reservamos um quarto com cama King pela descrição do hotéis.com mas a pousada inteira só tem cama casal, chuveiro péssimo sem pressão, então não sai água direito e gelaaaada, não tem opção quente... reservamos sem o café da manhã pq vimos comentários anteriores que não vale a pena. Ahhhh e bem longe do centro, eles tem transfer para o centro que sai as 9h e volta as 18h.

We like almost everything from the hotel. Perhaps, they will need more amusement site for children. The WiFi service it is only in the lobby. We don't like the food, because, they did not have all the inputs and the food was not good.

Top ! Super séjour et hôtel !

Top ! L'hôtel est propre, calme, avec la clim, assez moderne et l'équipe est super. Les filles de l'accueil sont disponibles 24/24 pour conseiller et nous avons même pu laisser nos valises pendant toute la journée et prendre une douche avant de prendre l'avion dans une chambre que la réception nous as laissé à disposition après notre check out ! Il y a un agent de sécurité toute la nuit mais les environs sont très safe. Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amies (+ la piscine après la plage c'est toujours agréable). Point plus négatif : Pas de wifi dans les chambres, et petit dej pas terrible.
