"The property is well maintained and spacious. The entire staff was friendly and provided great service. Everything was delicious and they had a nice assortment of different foods and desserts. The musical entertainment sounded fantastic and it was lively and interactive. Vacationing in San Andres was like going to paradise."

"The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors."

"It doesn’t loock as the photos shows it, There was a cockroach, no hot water,stained towels, some of the employees don’t even say hello. All things considered, that hotel isn't worth the money you pay for it."

"The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee. Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area. "
