"2 minute walk to the beach and a good breakfast. Only downside is there is a party spot across the street that pumps the music late into the night, most nights"
"Kimberly is an excellent manager and helped us to get around. She was very knowledgeable about the island and answered to all of our questions. She has a lot experience and is friendly and has a great personality. "
"Muy buena atención del personal, la habitación estaba muy limpia. Podría gozar de un mejor aislamiento sonoro pero tiene una muy buena relación calidad/ precio. "

"This is not an international quality all inclusive resort. It is more like a Best Western with a view. The front desk service was horrible. They were indifferent. I asked four times on the first day to get towels put in our room (not a single towel was given to us) and to repair the broken phone. After four days, the phone was not fixed and we weren't even updated on it. Just "tough luck"
The food is buffet style and decent, but not the quality you would expect from a "resort". There is no real beach, just a wooden boardwalk near a designated swimming spot.
Housekeeping came once in four days. We had to keep snagging towels out of the linen storage closet.
Views were nice, the pools are beautiful. the alcohol is pretty blah. Their idea of a coctail is half a paper cup of fruit juice and a shot of alcohol.
If you are looking for a few days where you can hang out by the beach and not have to worry about going to a restaurant, this might work for you. But do not mistake this for a resort. It is a midlevel hotel with delusions of grandeur."
