"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony. "Espectacular, divino el hotel además de estar súper bien ubicado cerca de todo y de los tours! la atención de sus empleados fue maravillosa, mi reserva terminó a la 1pm pero ellos guardaron mis maletas y pude usar la piscina y duchas hasta irme que tenía mi vuelo a las 9pm, genial! Volvería mil veces aquí gracias"

"The staff was great, the food was amazing a lot of different choices. I wish the wifi was available throughout the entire resort. The gym needs a big renovation. I'd stay again for sure though. Had a good time. Maybe install more AC units in common area places that are indoors."

"Everything was just perfect. Beautiful location. Right in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course you need to understand that this is a 3 star hotel so I’m rating as a 3 star hostel and not as a luxury all inclusive 5 star hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing fancy but ok, Rooms were spacious and clean, Pool area is a little shady especially in the afternoon but it was clean and enjoyable, This is a cold water only hotel so if you’re looking for long hot showers this is not for you, Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we asked for a refrigerator and they gave it to us for free. The location is mint. Right on Main Street and only few hundred feet away from the heart of night life and main beach. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re not looking for something super fancy."
