Clean property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Swimming pool was very nice. The cheeseburger I had for dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Only stayed 1 night but would consider a longer stay with appropriate transportation arrangements.

Hotel staff was good, hotel very clean. I think the only problem we have was two water leaks in bathroom ceiling and another one in room ceiling right on top of the bed.

O hotel é muito bonito e os funcionários da recepção são excelentes e cordiais. O serviço de quarto deixa a desejar, pois sempre tínhamos que pedir para fazer a troca de toalhas de banho e papel higiene. O banheiro não foi limpo durante os 7 dias que ficamos. No quarto apenas varriam. Quanto ao café da manhã muito pobre e sem opções. Certo dia, faltando um minuto para encerrar os serviços, fui pedir educadamente para repetir uma areia. Mesmo a vasilha estando cheia e faltando um minuto para encerrar o serviço de café da manhã a funcionário falou para mim que não poderia repedir. Fiquei muito constrangido e sem graça.

Personal, instalaciones y desayuno adecuado. Hotel y alrededores inseguro, no recomiendo dejar cosas de valor en la habitación y si se dejan, dejarlas guardadas bajo llave. No hay agua caliente, pero hace calor lo cual no es un problema, el problema es que el agua de la ducha sale salada y te bañas y sales pegajosa, recomiendo lavar los dientes con agua embotellada dado que el agua del lavamanos es salada también y no es potable.

The only thing i will complain about is i had a flight at 8 pm and they sold our room and when we missed our flight, they got us in another hotel but the second hotel was terrible.

Nice new hotel in horrible location

There was no hot water for the majority of our stay until the last night, but when there is hot water, it is nice and hot. The location is less than ideal, but the hotel is new and nice.

Nice hotel... centralized location.

NICE HOTEL. Surrounding not soo nice. Clean rooms. No phone in room, so if tou needed something you need to go to front desk in person. AMAZING AC,WORKS GREAT!!! Helpful staff. Unfortunately no beach access from hotel. .... ONLY BAD THING, food!... there ws no allday cook, so they only offered breakfast and dinner. And the food options were slim to none.. you had 2-3 things to choose from for dinner.

Esta bien pero a un precio elevado

El hotel, como ocurre en varios hoteles de San Andrés, se encuentra sobrevalorado, esto debido a: 1. No tiene acceso a playa propia (aunque indican en comentarios anteriores que tienen acceso a un club de playa privado, vale aclarar que solo incluye gratis las actividades de Kayak y bicicleta acuática (no playa). 2. Queda retirado de los lugares turísticos como el centro, San Luis, Rocky Cay, otros. 3. No tiene tiendas cerca La experiencia con el restaurante no fue posible ya que está en reapertura y cerraban temprano. Solo probamos el desayuno que estaba bien, pero para estadías largas falta variedad. Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro check in a la llegada por ser primero de enero y ni una botella de agua nos brindaron mientras esperamos 3 horas a la entrega de la habitación. Mientras esperábamos en la piscina, nos percatamos que hay servicio de pasadía (hay otras personas además de los huéspedes) en las áreas comunes. El personal es muy amable, pero aun siguen en aprendizaje de servicio al cliente. Para un hotel de este valor, aun falta...

A very new property with a great pool and great style. The staff are friendly and they were great with booking a mule/golf-cart to explore the island and a boat tour to Johnny Cay and Aquarius island. Would definitely stay here again.
