For the price it was excellent. Although the door did not close but I believe it was the last one to be remodeled. Housekeeping could improve some but overall it was a great stay for the price. Staff was Amazing and Friendly.

The owner was in the process of remodeling all of the units. I had a problem with the hot water, but the maintenance man came and took care of it.

Didn't like the fact that I got a smoking room so I didn't have to be inconvenienced by going outside to smoke like most hotels however this location is one of the two story/tier style setups and the smoking rooms are on the ground level and room trance

This place is was absolutely terrible. Please don’t come here. Staff is rude, motel is dirty, no breakfast, and nothing works.

I see you stayed here for 10 days Dec 26 thru Jan 5thyou never complained . Sorry no Motel 6 offers breakfast but we did offer fresh coffee, tea and Hot chocolate daily.We also cleaned your room during your stay. Sorry you waited so long to let us know you were disappointed.

I noticed you stayed here for 2 nights in Oct. of 2023. During your stay you did not bring up any issues when asked. Wish we would have known about these so we could have taken proper care of your concerns then instead of so many months later in a bad review.

There was leftover (and seemingly days-old) food left in the fridge, and surprisingly no tissues in the room. I'm surprised parking isn't laid out so that when you have a room, the parking spot in front of the door isn't assigned to that room.

Your people gave me a room with filthy bathtub. I take showers not baths but I wouldn't step into your filthy shower. there was spots and even what looked like mold in the bottom of the tub. The handle to adjust the water flow was about to fall off. The sink had cold water only and that whole faucet was hanging loose. I asked for a different room, the front desk person said they didn;t have a room to switch me to.

I made reservations at the motel 6 , coming from out of town …. Literally ALL the rooms on the 1st floor were dirty so I couldn’t get a room and I wasn’t refunded .

Hi! I'm sorry your plans to stay at Motel 6 didn't pan out as you intended. I am thankful we were able to exchange it for a nights stay at Holiday Inn a 175 dollar value, a nicer room and free breakfast in the morning. So the money you paid here at Motel 6, went towards the room at Holiday Inn as agreed upon when you were here in the office. again I apologize the room at Motel 6 was not ready for you.

While the front desk staff were welcoming, kind and helpful, our room was in poor condition. Only 2 of the 5 lights in the room worked, toilet didn’t flush properly, sink handle was loose and shower nozzle leaked. You get what you pay for.

The lady at the front desk was very kind, waiting for me to get there until 2am, as I'd gotten stuck in some storms, and then allowing me to have a late check out so I could get some more sleep that night. My only issue was that there was a lot of light coming in through the window from the stairwell!

Consider Only As A Last Resort!
I thought that a 6.2 out of 10 would've been better. It was dirty and run-down looking. There was what appeared to be blood on a towel. I found a screw on the floor. The shower was dirty. The mattress sagged, I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock.

Nice, clean motel 6 a short drive (~20mins) from downtown Cleveland. Stayed for a few days, staff was very kind and a cute black kitten awaits in the front office. We enjoyed our stay!

The property room were in pretty avoidable rough shape. The room seemed to have not been cleaned and although I booked a nonsmoking room, the smell of smoke was evident in the room and on the bed. That caused me to be up most of the night due to trouble breathing. The bathtub had pink splashes through it, there was a hair and dirt pile by the door, and used dental floss and trash around the entrance.

The allocated room was not ready and did not clean after previous people checked out. They gave me another room after showing them pictures. They apologized and gave me another room. Door was open when I go to that. I had to go back again to the receptionist and she gave me another room. That was disgusting as I had to deal with that keeping my toddler in the vehicle for about 30 minutes.

The whole place was absolutely horrible! There was a hair on the toilet, the shower was scary and unusable. The place smelled like bleach and mildew at the same time. The worst motel I’ve ever been too. I even thought about leaving and sleeping in my car.
