Ideal for guests seeking a quieter stay away from the crowds, the hotel also provides excellent connectivity—just minutes from Orchard Road, Shenton Way, and the western parts of Singapore. A special mention goes to Adrian and Kumar from the concierge team during my first visit, and Simie and Hidavat on my second. Their warm, attentive service truly elevated the experience. Thank you."

"I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through or talk, so it was really difficult to work there. Overall, I feel this may work for others but I would absolutely never return. I spent a lot of money on this trip and feel the value was 100% not there. "
