"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Grand Central. Location is perfect- walking distance to most of midtown and all the subways we took left from Grand Central so made it so easy to get around. The amenities and staff were great and our room was large so plenty of space. "

"Don’t get me wrong the staff was extremely friendly and the location was great however that’s pretty much where it stops. The air in the room didn’t work and the radiator made a rattling noise the entire night which kept me up. The bed was extremely hard, the tv only had 3 working channels, and the bathroom had an overwhelming musky odor that smelled like a nursing home. Also the water in the shower kept stopping suddenly. Overall the place really needs a face lift and some work. "

"We will stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the location was great. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. The area is safe and the hotel was very safe and secure. "

"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "
